How to obtain Warranty Service:

1. Contact Positive Vibes, Inc. at info@positivevibesinc.com and provide detailed description of concern. 

2. Return your product with proof of purchase from an authorized dealer (see authorized reseller list under Headphones tab). Return shipping address will be provided.

3. Be sure you properly pack your product and ship a method that is traceable and insurable.  Positive Vibes, Inc. will not be responsible for lost or damaged headsets shipped for warranty service. 

 

How to obtain Refund:

1. Contact Positive Vibes, Inc. at info@positivevibesinc.com for your return number and return shipping address.

2. Return your sealed, UNOPENED product, within 30 days of purchase date, with proof of purchase from an authorized dealer (see authorized reseller list under Headphones tab). 

3. Be sure you properly pack your product and ship a method that is traceable and insurable.  Positive Vibes, Inc. will not be responsible for lost or damaged headsets shipped for return. 

4. Opened products will have a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

5. Positive Vibes Inc, does not refund shipping.
